LEDCHANNEL¨CFLEX (outdoor)
LEDCHANNEL-FLEX PCB TYPE(VERTICAL) is a new member of the PCB LED family. It consists of flex circuit board which can be bent at any angle and LEDs which are soldered on the circuit board. So this one has better flexibility than PCB that uses normal conductors as copper and wire. Each unit includes three LEDs. You can cut between units to get your desired length. On the side of the light body, there are power connectors. You can extend the length of the light by using these connectors. This product also provides an easier installation system than that of other PCB products

HOW TO INSTALL ON LETTER SIGN

Step 1:
Measure the internal lengths of each letter and prepare draft with marking in order to precisely install LEDCHANNEL-FLEX. Calculate carefully the total power consumption to choose the appropriate power supply

 
Step 2:
Cut the LEDCHANNEL-FLEX into suitable lengths and install them on the letters
 
Step 3:
Use extension cable to connect each section of LEDCHANNEL-FLEX in each channel
 
Step 4:
Use extension cable to connect those letters together
 
Step 5:
Connect to power supply. The wires between two LEDCHANNEL-FLEX should not be longer
than 1.5 meters
 
Step 6:
Plug to light up the sign
 
WARNING:
1. Unplug the strips when installing
2. Apply glue on all the connectors and wire nuts

LEDCHANNEL-FLEX is an ideal light source for back light, because of its softness and super brightness. The great flexibility
makes it suitable for various uses.

LEDCHANNEL-FLEX can be bent easily into any angle with it's high flexibility. Fixing clip make the shape perfect and steady.

(1) Cut only at the cutting mark.
(2) Connect the transformer and
LEDCHANNEL-Flex together with connector.
(3) Connect two parts with terminal block .

(4) Extension cord is available for any
length.
(5) Terminate with end cap.
(6) Fix with screw if necessary.

7) Stick mounting clip with double
sided tape.
